- Akismet (Automattic) – filters spam from form submissions.
- Wordfence – website security and firewall.
- Google Fonts and YouTube – fonts and embedded videos are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete them. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period and deleted on a rolling basis.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example, California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
